Bounce, a club night for adults with intellectual disabilities, creates a fun, safe and accessible space for people of all abilities to socialise with their friends and dance the night away in a club environment.
After the success of the first ever Bounce Club Night in Dublin as part of DDF2019, we’re bringing this hugely popular event back, so put on those dancing shoes and get ready to party! Bounce DJs and VJs will have crowds grooving to a wide range of music from pop and rock to R&B and timeless classics, while diverse band Electric Dreams adds to the buzzing and inclusive atmosphere, bringing you everything from synth pop to indie.
Having grown out of the highly successful Club Tropicana in the Black Box, Bounce Club Night takes place every month in the Róisín Dubh, Galway.
Created by the award-winning Galway-based charity, That’s Life, Bounce Club Night takes place as part of the 2020 Dublin Dance Festival and also From Access to Inclusion, a major international summit taking place in Dublin Castle organised by Arts & Disability Ireland in collaboration with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Office of VSA and Accessibility.
