Take part in a dance and food activism project with Rita Marcalo

Are you a grower in the Greater Dublin Area? Do you work a farm, a market garden, or an allotment? Are you over 50?
Dancer Rita Marcalo wants to learn how to grow food... Could you be Rita’s teacher?
Rita has never grown anything before, not even a tomato plant in a pot!
But the climate emergency has made her aware of the need to examine our connection with nature and our role within our food system, and so she has decided to embark on a project connecting dance and food growing that she is calling ... As If Trying Not To Own The Earth.
This new dance and food activism project examines our connection with nature, our role within our food system and highlights a need to reconnect with our bodies and with the Earth in a sustainable way.
As a project co-creator, you will integrate into the company, and be paid a fee for your work.
