In Conversation with the team behind The Race by Marc Brew!
We are delighted to share the first in a series of conversations with the team behind The Race by Marc Brew - an exciting new dance piece for children aged 4+, presented by The Ark, Dublin Dance Festival and Arts & Disability Ireland.
In this video we hear from internationally acclaimed choreographer Marc Brew and some of the cast of disabled and non-disabled performers about the inspiration behind the piece and the importance of showing differently-abled bodies on stage. The Race is a new dance piece for children that entwines three of Aesop's Fables to create a fun, inclusive and colourful world of puppets, theatre and movement.
