In 2002 the Merce Cunningham Dance Company launched the first edition of Dublin Dance Festival, providing both a contemporary and historical context for the artform. This year, the world celebrates the Merce Cunningham Centennial.
In Merce Cunningham: A Lifetime of Dance, archived dance performances are featured along with thoughtful commentary from early members of Cunningham’s dance company, dance critics and historians.
