INIT: The Warm Up Project
We prepare in a multitude of ways to make ourselves ready, open and available for the unexpected – getting the heart pumping, gathering adrenaline, calming the mind, tuning in to the rhythm or music. In INIT, three performers explore this concept of readiness, adaptability and availability, as they synthesise their intention and alertness to create a state of collective balance.

Soup is an evocative dance solo inspired by the experience of bereavement and how it can give everyday moments an unusually significant quality. The piece interweaves movement, textiles and sound to represent a familiar yet near inexpressible experience in an original form that utilises surreal imagery, humour and echoes of familial memory.
David Bolger’s UNCLE RAY: An Introduction
CoisCéim Dance Theatre
“He came to visit at least once a year. He was our Uncle and a Scarecrow too. He would tell stories - brainless stories - of wonderful things like The Yellow Brick Road and The Great White Way. I followed in his footsteps.”
In an introduction to his new work, David Bolger examines the elasticity of truths lovingly passed down from generation to generation. Commissioned by Irish Arts Center (USA) and Project Arts Centre, Dublin
