With the sun shining on Meeting House Square, Temple Bar for the Encounter Indian Dance performance by Divya Kasturi and Project Arts Centre crowded for the final performance of The Blue Boy by Brokentalkers, Dublin Dance Festival came to a close on Saturday May 26. We'd like to thank each and every one of you who came to performances and events, joined conversations about DDF online, and supported us from near and far. Michael Seaver's round-up of DDF events featured in The Irish Times on Wednesday May 30 - take a look here. Thanks to our phenomenal team of volunteers, who did a tremendous job of greeting, guiding, stapling, distributing, enthusing, lugging, photographing and serving cheese throughout the Festival. Right now, we're catching up on sleep and starting the big sorting and counting job that happens in the DDF attic each summer. And we're busy making plans for DDF 2013 already too... Don't forget - if you want to keep up with us throughout the year, sign up to our Mailing List here and join us on Facebook and Twitter. If you want to relive some of the shows you saw, take a read of our Blog, featuring contributions by Rachel Donnelly and photos by our volunteers.
