Dance Voices
For all you early risers, this is the place to shake up and connect before the day begins. This workshop will be an opportunity to move, groove and flow in the comfort of your own home, and all you will need is a small space the size of a yoga mat or large bath towel.
Featuring a selected soundtrack, you will be guided on a journey that starts with a gentle sway, builds to a good old-fashioned boogie and brings you back down with a soft landing.
The Dawn Shake is an introduction to a new participatory performance project titled The Shake which offers audiences the opportunity to join in the fun. The Shake, directed by Laura Murphy, will be presented in person later in the year.
