The 2024 Edition DANCE OUT LOUD 14 May—25 May

From 14 – 25 May, we welcomed pivotal artistic voices that brought diverse identities, beliefs, histories and perspectives to venues throughout Dublin. With performances that dared to take a stand, ditch convention and claim their strength, DDF2024 invited audiences and artists to DANCE OUT LOUD.

Opening in the magnificent setting of Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan presented the sensational 13 Tongues which awed audiences with exquisite dance, spectacular light projections and evocative music. Following the buzz of Opening Night, there were sold-house houses and standing ovations for performances in the Abbey Theatre, Project Arts Centre and The Ark, as well as outdoor performances, workshops and a special celebration of hip hop culture.
