DANCE FOOD at Project Arts Centre - 18 May 2017-27 May 2017
Open 12-3 for brunch and 5-8 for pre-theatre (except Sunday 21 May)
Dance Food will be a temporary canteen serving food for the Dublin Dance Festival at Project Arts Centre by Fiona Hallinan (previously The Hare, Meet me in the Morning) and Phillip McCrilly (of Established Coffee, Belfast). Open to everyone, Dance Food will offer a small menu designed with festival attendees and participants in mind, with set meals for brunch from 12-3 and pre-show from 5-8pm. Brunch and pre-show boxes will be packed with an assortment of dips, powders, preserves, fresh produce and crackers or bread, designed to stimulate the senses and provide the nutrition and energy required for a busy festival. They will be available in vegan or regular choices. They’ll be serving hot and cold restorative drinks including house made kefir, turmeric ginger and lemon tonic, coconut cacao and rhubarb soda.
