We learned recently that one of Trisha Brown Dance Company’s dancers has sustained an injury. As a result, the programme for their performance at the Abbey Theatre from May 17-19 has been changed. The short solo Watermotor will be replaced by two of Trisha Brown’s Early Works – Accumulation, a witty solo that has become legendary, and Spanish Dance, a short work that evokes the magnificence of Spanish dancers, set to Bob Dylan’s In the early morning rain.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unavoidable alteration, but also look forward to sharing these two prime examples of Brown’s Early Works with audiences in Dublin.
