TOP DANCE PICKS AT DUBLIN THEATRE FESTIVAL

Dance your way through Dublin Theatre Festival with our top 4 dance picks!

Following an in-development showing at DDF2015, Emma Martin and composer Andrew Hamilton have created DANCEHALL, a new work where two artforms unite in an unconstrained bombastic poem! See the hotly anticipated new production featuring five exquisite dancers and a trio of musicians from Crash Ensemble at the Beckett Theatre from October 8th.

We are also looking forward to seeing the Lyric Theatre's new production of Brian Friel’s masterpiece DANCING AT LUGHNASA at the Gaiety, with choreography by the wonderful Liz Roche (Bastard Amber, DDF2015).

Over at the Ark, our good friends Willfredd will present BEES! for young audiences from September 22nd - a musical filled with fun and songs, dancing and jiving, flying and hiving and absolutely no boring stuff! Featuring choreography by Emma O'Kane.

Can you remember every dance you've ever danced? Join acclaimed British theatre company Quarantine as they reflect on their own dances – the awkward, joyful and forgotten ones - in WALLFLOWER, at Project Arts Centre from September 24th.
