WHAT'S ON: TDP International Dance Festival - On land and online
The Tipperary Dance Platform festival programme is live, and it promises to be 10 days of inspiring, captivating and thought-provoking performances and events.
In an interview with RTÉ Culture in 2019, Festival Directors Jazmin Chiodi and Alexandre Iseli said, 'What really matters to us is that dancers keep finding ways to develop, to create work, to make their work visible, and to communicate with their peers. Dance must keep finding a way.'
This statement has never been more relevant than in the current circumstances and with this as inspiration, TDP international dance festival has announced the full programme of performances and events - on land and online - that will take place from 2 - 11 October 2020.
With the On land strand of the festival live events will take place in venues, cinemas, libraries and schools across county Tipperary, while the Online strand includes videos, an exhibition and the FIDP live broadcast.
