Apply Now! RUA RED Dance Artist-in-Residence 2016
RUA RED are currently searching for a dance artist who wish to expand and deepen their choreographic process and are interested in applying for the Arts Council Dance Artist Residency Scheme in 2016.
RUA RED Dance Artist-in-Residence aims to assist dance professionals in developing new work, and promoting dance among new audiences. Residencies may involve working with emerging professional artists, as well as teaching and creating in non-traditional contexts and environments with specific communities.
RUA RED Dance Artist-in-Residence program provides studio space and technical and administrative support to enable dance artists and choreographers to work with various artists and audiences, through creation, teaching, outreach activities and performances.
To apply please submit the following:
· A description (no more than 500 words) of what you would like to research and develop during the residency;
· Budget breakdown of proposed expenses for the residency
· Your CV and the CVs of any collaborating artists;
· Supporting video and documentation material of current and/or past work.
