José Navas’ style of contemporary dance is clear, pure and dynamic. His approach balances fluidity and precision, simplicity and richness and works from the establishment of a strong centre. Focused on the essence of movement, abstraction, intensity and depth characterise his current work. He has taught technique and improvisation worldwide, including at P.A.R.T.S in Belgium.

This class is open to professional dancers and dance students.
