David Zambrano has been making dance for over 20 years. His Flying Low technique has become renowned the world over for its unconventional approach to centring and strengthening the body. This workshop focuses mainly on the dancer’s relationship with the floor. The class utilizes simple movement patterns that involve breathing, speed and the release of energy throughout the body in order to activate the relationship between the centre and the joints, moving in and out of the ground more efficiently by maintaining a centred state.

This class is suitable for all levels, but a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.
